that since day one
she's already had everything she needs within herself
it's the world that convinced her she did not"

Welcome! I'm glad you've found your way here.
My name is Jessika Fruchter and I am a licensed psychotherapist and expressive arts therapist proudly specializing in the emotional health of self-identified women and girls, as well as their caregivers.
In my practice, I help women and girls just like you navigate transitions, transform limiting behaviors and beliefs, heal wounds and develop resiliency so you can show up more fully in your lives with a stronger sense of self and a clear voice in the world. That's a good thing, because you're needed out there!
My approach is authentic, creative and tailored to the specific needs of each client. And I consider my commitment to providing culturally-responsive and gender-responsive care to be a cornerstone of my practice.
I know choosing the right therapist is a big undertaking. Please feel free to take a moment to look around this site to learn more about my approach, my offerings and visit my blog. And when you're ready, I offer complimentary 30-minute phone consultations so we can get to know each other a bit better.
My office is conveniently located in N/W Berkeley near North Berkeley BART and I-80. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
*Please note my services are in most cases appropriate for girls seven years and older.
