I help women who are navigating perimenopause and the midlife transition. I offer a holistic approach that centers the experience of each woman I have the privilege of working with. Our work together is always based on your goals and sometimes that goal is simply to “feel better.”
Based in Oakland, California - I offer individual therapy sessions online throughout the state of California, as well as community care groups to help educate and empower women going through perimenopause and ease feelings of isolation.
